Reflection - We Allow Someone Else’s Judgment to Become Our Identity

Words spoken by others that are harsh, careless, or cruel can become internal scripts. Shame preserves those words until we mistake them for God’s truth. But Christ’s voice is different. It’s healing, truthful, and tender.

Pray - “Lord, silence every false voice. Let me hear only what You speak over me.”

Love - Speak a healing word to someone who has been wounded by judgment.
