Reflection - We Try to Earn Forgiveness by Punishing Ourselves

Even after confession, we replay our sins and condemn ourselves. Somewhere inside, we believe our suffering can pay the debt. But Christ has already paid it; fully, freely, and forever.

Pray - “Jesus, help me accept Your forgiveness without self‑punishment.”

Love - Offer mercy to someone who is hard on themselves. Reflect Christ’s gentleness.
