Reflection - Fear Says: “Your Worth Depends on Others’ Opinions.”

Fear makes us perform for approval when we are afraid of rejection, criticism, or embarrassment. Christ reminds us that our worth comes from being loved by God, not from being admired by people.

Pray - “Jesus, free me from the need for approval. Let me rest in Your love.”

Love - Affirm someone’s worth today. Tell them who they are, not what they achieve.
